A Premium membership gives you unlimited access to download items from the Premium category — no per-item charges, just one flat monthly subscription.
A Premium membership only grants access to items listed under the Premium category. Items sold outside the Premium category — including regular marketplace listings — must be purchased separately at their listed price.
A SellCodeApp Premium membership is a recurring subscription plan that grants access to download items exclusively listed under the Premium category. Unlike standard marketplace purchases — where each item is bought individually — a Premium membership allows subscribers to download any Premium item within their daily download limit, for as long as their subscription remains active.

Items listed outside the Premium category — including regular paid marketplace listings — are not included in a Premium membership and must be purchased separately.
Each Premium plan includes a daily download limit. Downloads reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC. The limits per plan are:
Daily download limits are designed to support individual use. Automated downloading, bulk scraping, or using scripts to maximize downloads is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your membership without refund.
Unused downloads do not roll over to the following day.
When you download a Premium item as part of your membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that item in accordance with the usage rights described below. Downloading an item does not transfer ownership or copyright — all intellectual property rights remain with the original author.
Your license to use Premium items is tied to an active subscription. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you may continue using items already incorporated into completed projects, but you may not use them in new projects going forward.
Premium memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If a renewal payment fails, your Premium access will be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You will be notified by email and given a grace period to update your payment details.
You may cancel your Premium membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full Premium access until that date.
Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, Premium membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

SellCodeApp makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of any specific Premium item. Authors may update, replace, or remove their items from the Premium category at any time. We reserve the right to add or remove items from the Premium catalog without notice.
We strive to maintain a consistently growing and high-quality Premium library, but the removal of individual items does not constitute grounds for a refund or subscription cancellation.
A Premium membership is issued to a single account and is strictly personal. The following are prohibited:
Violations will result in immediate suspension of your Premium membership without refund and may lead to permanent account termination.
