Referral Program Terms

To participate in the SellCodeApp Referral Program, you must:

• Have an active, verified SellCodeApp account in good standing
• Agree to these Referral Program Terms and our general Terms of Use
• Be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

SellCodeApp reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke referral program access at any time.

Each SellCodeApp user has a unique referral link available in their account dashboard. A referral is counted when:

• A new user clicks your referral link and visits SellCodeApp
• That user registers a new account — they must be a first-time user not previously registered on SellCodeApp
• The referred user completes a purchase on the platform

Referral tracking is based on browser cookies. If a user clears their cookies, switches devices, or uses a different browser before registering, the referral may not be tracked. SellCodeApp is not liable for untracked referrals due to browser or device changes.

You earn 20% of the sale value for every completed purchase made by a user you referred. Commission is calculated on the net sale price paid by the buyer, excluding any taxes, payment processing fees, or platform credits applied to the transaction.

Commissions are credited to your SellCodeApp balance automatically after the transaction clears. There is no cap on the number of referrals or total commissions you can earn.

A referred user must register within 30 days of clicking your referral link for the referral to be counted. Once a referred user has registered, all future purchases made by that user will continue to generate commissions for you for as long as the referral relationship is active on the platform.

If a referred user was already registered on SellCodeApp before clicking your link, the referral will not be counted.

Referral commissions are credited to your SellCodeApp account balance and can be withdrawn along with your other earnings. Payouts are subject to:

• Reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold
• Having a verified payout account connected to your profile
• Completing any required KYC verification

Commissions from referred purchases that are subsequently refunded or reversed will be deducted from your balance accordingly. SellCodeApp reserves the right to withhold commission payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the referral program and potential account suspension:

• Self-referrals — creating secondary accounts to refer yourself
• Incentivizing users with cash, discounts, or gifts not approved by SellCodeApp in exchange for using your referral link
• Placing referral links in spam emails, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertisements
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake referral clicks or sign-ups
• Cookie stuffing or any form of referral link manipulation
• Misrepresenting SellCodeApp, its products, or the referral program in your promotional content

When promoting SellCodeApp through your referral link, you must:

• Clearly disclose that you will earn a commission if a purchase is made through your link
• Not make false or misleading claims about SellCodeApp, its products, or pricing
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies (e.g., FTC guidelines, Google Ads policies)
• Not bid on SellCodeApp brand keywords in paid search advertising without prior written permission
• Not create websites or social profiles that could be mistaken for official SellCodeApp channels

SellCodeApp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, including changes to the commission rate. We will notify active participants of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Commissions already credited to your balance at the time of program termination will remain available for withdrawal subject to standard payout conditions. Pending commissions not yet cleared may be forfeited.

Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
