Regardless of which license you purchase, the following rules apply to all products on SellCodeApp:

• Licenses are non-exclusive — the seller may sell the same product to other buyers
• Licenses are non-transferable — you cannot sell, gift, or transfer your license to another person or entity
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, author credits, or license headers included in the original files
• You may not use any purchased product to build a competing marketplace, code library, or template store
• Each license is tied to the buyer's account and cannot be shared across multiple accounts

Sellers who list products on SellCodeApp confirm they hold all necessary rights to grant the above licenses to buyers. Sellers retain full ownership of their work.

By listing a product, sellers grant SellCodeApp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the product through the Platform. Sellers are not restricted from selling the same product on other platforms or through their own channels.

SellCodeApp does not actively monitor how purchased products are used. However, we reserve the right to investigate reported license violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Suspending or terminating the buyer's account
• Notifying the seller of the violation
• Cooperating with legal proceedings where applicable

Buyers found in violation of these License Terms may lose access to their purchased products and their SellCodeApp account without refund.
