This policy explains how downloads work on SellCodeApp — including download limits, expiry periods, update support options, and what happens when a download link expires.
Important: Each product on SellCodeApp may have different download expiry periods depending on the update support option chosen by the author. Please check the download expiry date displayed on the product page and your download page before purchasing. This information is clearly shown on every listing.

Each product on SellCodeApp may include an optional Update Support period, which determines how long after purchase you can download the product — including any updates the author releases during that period.
Update support is entirely at the author's discretion. Authors choose one of the following options when listing their product:
The update support period and its expiry date are clearly displayed on every product listing page and on your download page. Buyers are responsible for reviewing this information before completing a purchase. SellCodeApp will not issue refunds on the basis that a buyer did not notice the update support period prior to purchasing.
Your ability to download a purchased product is tied to its update support period. Once the expiry period ends, the download link for that product will become inactive and you will no longer be able to re-download the files.
If an author has not included any update support period, your download access is available for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the download link will expire and the product can no longer be re-downloaded.
If an author has included an update support period (1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or Forever), your download access remains active for the full duration of that support period. During this time, you can download the latest version of the product as many times as you need.
There is no limit on the number of times you can download a product within your active access period. Download as many times as you need before your expiry date.
To ensure you have enough time to download your purchased files before access expires, SellCodeApp will send you an email notification 3 days before your download link is due to expire.
Your download access period begins. The expiry date is shown on your download page immediately.
SellCodeApp sends an email reminder to the address on your account, notifying you that your download link will expire in 3 days.
Your download link becomes inactive. The product can no longer be re-downloaded from your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on your account is current and that notification emails from SellCodeApp are not being filtered to spam. SellCodeApp is not liable for missed notifications due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.

We strongly recommend downloading your purchased files promptly after purchase and keeping a local backup, particularly for products with shorter access periods.
SellCodeApp strongly recommends that all buyers download and save their purchased files locally as soon as possible after purchase — and well before the expiry date — to avoid losing access to files they have paid for.
Once a download link has expired, SellCodeApp is unable to restore access to the product. Expired download access does not entitle the buyer to a refund or a free extension.
